When you place an order to purchase goods from our site, and we have approved your payment details, we will at our discretion accept your order. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally-binding contract between us ("your Contract"). These terms and conditions, together with the prices displayed on our web site, delivery details, contact details and any document expressly referred to in these terms and conditions, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the sale of goods or services by us to you. Pleas note our webshop only accepts orders from the Mainland UK, Northern Ireland customers and some International destinations. 2.0 Product Availability and Descriptions When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your purchase order. That you have received an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our web site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods or services in order to assist your purchasing decision. We may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at our sole discretion. Our webshop pages include an out of stock status indicator and whilst every effort is made to keep this indicator up to date, occasionally goods shown in stock may not be immediately available. If the goods are not in stock, they will be shipped as soon as available, or you have the option to cancel the agreement without penalty. 3.0 Pricing, VAT, Duties and Other Sales Taxes The price payable for goods or services is stated on our web site at the time you place your order. The price is shown both exclusive and inclusive of VAT. Under UK VAT rules, all shipping charges are extra and are subject to VAT. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify and the weight of the products you buy. We reserve the right to cancel your Contract if: - we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered in an acceptable time scale - one or more of the items ordered was listed at an incorrect price for whatever reason - your payment is refused, not authorised or declined by your credit card provider. If we do cancel your Contract, we will notify you by e-mail and we will immediately credit to your account or credit card any sum debited by us. Our UK VAT registration number is GB 921 9407 27. 4.0 Payment Our webshop accepts payment via selected credit and debit cards using a secure server supplied by Worldpay.
